What "Charter" is Richard referring to?

Others also have mentioned "Articles of Incorporation."

As far as I am aware, the SGVMUG never has been incorporated.  Neither  
do we have a formal "charter."  The SGVMUG Bylaws (last revised, I  
believe, in 1988) are our only "formal" document and according to  
Article I, Section A:  "The name of this organization shall be San  
Gabriel Valley Macintosh Users Group..."

So, what is the problem?!

has been replaced with the correct version - "San Gabriel Valley  
Macintosh User Group">>

I don't believe this needed to be changed.
