Greetings,
I have been away from my computer all day and this is the 1st I've
had a chance to see this.
As Gautam mentioned it was posted on the website well in advance of
the meeting. While the headline did mention the December meeting the
second sentence does mention that the next meeting was Jan 22.
It was also mentioned at the Nov. meeting (that the Dec meeting was
canceled and the next meeting was in Jan).
For future reference for anyone interested all our meeting dates are
listed thru June and are listed in the following places -
the quick link on the right column labeled 'calendar'
or at the following link - http://www.sgvmug.org/calendar
Also, when we get a synopsis of what the meeting will be about it, it
is posted on the front page.
A separate post for January was not put up because it had been in the
December post. To avoid confusion in the future there will be
separate posts.
The posting for the January meeting that showed up on the 23rd was a
recap of what happened at the meeting because it changed at the 'last
minute'. We had not scheduled Tropical Software to talk at the
January meeting. They were nice enough to drop by since they were in
town after Macworld (they are a Florida Based company).
If you check their website, ( http://www.tropic4.com/
aboutnews.shtml ) they were still in Northern California the night
before our meeting talking to other User Groups.
I hope this clears up some of the confusion,
If you have any other questions please let us know.
Thank you,
Andrew
