[Mac-talk] Upgrading a PowerBook G3 (Firewire 400MHz, Pismo, M7572)

I just got a http://fastmac.com/pismo.php     PowerBook G3 (Firewire  
400MHz, Pismo, M7572)

and I would like to get upgrade the HD from the 6 Gigs HD that is in  
it now.  dose any one now if I can put in a 120 Gig HD it to it and  
were is good places on the net to get it.   I am also going to get  
this CPU upgrade from Fast Mac http://fastmac.com/pismo.php.
Motorola G4 7410 processor running at 550 MHz
Upgraded 1MB Backside Cache
AltiVec Velocity Engine
32% Faster that G3
Video Export // 2x Faster
Exporting of 160mb DV Video


Also I would like to know if any one knows of any web sites that talk  
about avery thing and any thing to PIP out and or Geek out the  
PowerBook G3s including the Pismo.
