Wait....
You declined to fix it
or
Disk Utility did not give you the option to fix it.
Always let DU do whatever it can do. Then run it again. Only when DU
cannot handle the fix task do you need to move on to TTP or DW, or if
you have AppleCare, the version of disk repair (also by the TTP people).
